Science and Coffee

As an ex-chemistry major (emphasis on the ex), I have always been fascinated by the intersection of science and coffee. I mean, if you think about it, brewed coffee is an organic suspension and the extraction process is really a basic lab experiment. So, the links from here go to posts that explore better living and better brewing through science.

I have come across numerous studies that investigate the linkage between coffee consumption and brain health and even basic longevity studies. For those of you who like that sort of thing, this should be a great resource
